Standard for Optimization of Performance.
The machine's models available in this series vary from 80T to 350T clamping force and Injection shot weight capacity
from 94gms to 1382gms. The machines are built with servo motor and servo drive concept are enabled with closed
loop operations. These servo driven machines are energy efficient and are capable to save 20-80% energy compare to
conventional hydraulic machines.
The mechanical structure of Quba series is built with premium class casting grades for better machine's longevity. The
Robust and Rugged five-point double toggle mechanism is designed for its quick mold open close movements along
with its good mold safety characteristics. The wide platen is designed to increase mold carrying capacity.
The injection units are available with choice of High/Medium/Low pressure screw-barrel to suits various applications.
Specially designed screw-barrels are available to process critical materials.
